S.373 EPA NPDES - Incidental Vessel Discharge Permit
S.373 - A bill to provide for the establishment of nationally uniform and environmentally sound standards governing discharges incidental to the normal operation of a vessel.
As of yesterday afternoon, Senators Rubio, Thune and Nelson have reintroduced the bill from last year that will permanently exempt all charter vessels less than 79’ from having to obtain and comply with the EPA NPDES, (Incidental Vessel Discharge) permit.
